Ready to Eat:  Malu Mirisata, a spicy Sri Lankan fish curry has more of a chili flavor and it's a favorite method of cooking fish in Sri Lanka. The dish is popular around the country and mostly in seaboard area where fish and other seafood are staple foods. Coconut milk is used in some variations of this dish. Served with rice, bread or string hoppers.

The fish we use can change seasonally, primarily we use King Fish/Tuna/Sword Fish.

Cooking Instructions:

For best results, empty contents into a pan and cover with a lid and warm on a medium heat for 10 minutes.

Alternatively, you can remove the contents from the packaging and microwave on medium setting for 3-4 minutes.
