A regularly featured street food dish in Sri Lanka adopted through cultural influences from the Sri Lankan Malays and Indonesia. Literally translating to “Fried Rice” is cooked with chicken, prawn, fresh vegetables and served with a fried egg* on top garnished with chilli oil.
