String Hoppers Kothu
Ready to Eat: String hoppers are like little lacy pancakes or rice noodles made out of rice flour. It is a common dish eaten for breakfast in Sri Lanka and South India. String Hoppers Kothu is prepared using shredded rice noodles, fresh vegetables or tender meat or vegan substitute, and our kari sauce. Best served with veg, chicken or mutton kari.

Pour half the kari sauce provided onto the String Hoppers kothu & mix the fresh vegetables, reserve the rest of the sauce and the lime for later. Place in microwave for 6 mins in the highest power setting available. Serve hot.
